Report & Repair

Report & Repair allows staff members to report maintenance issues, while maintenance teams can easily see what needs to be fixed and where. Users can upload pictures, request materials, and communicate about the status of the issue.

Assign Room

Front desk staff and housekeeping managers can easily assign rooms to housekeepers and keep track of housekeepers’ workload and availability

Final Clean

With Roomcheck’s Final Clean feature, housekeeping managers can confirm that each room is ready for check-in once it has been marked “Clean” by a housekeeper.

Property Overview

Roomcheck’s Property Overview feature gives managers total visibility into which housekeepers cleaned which rooms and when. This feature keeps all team members accountable and helps managers assign tasks based on individual workloads. In addition, users can see when maintenance issues were reported and resolved, making sure that nothing slips through the cracks. These logs are stored securely on the cloud.

Messages

Roomcheck’s convenient Messages feature allows hotel staff to communicate everything from simple guest requests (for instance, Room 217 needs more towels) to outstanding maintenance issues (the sink in room 237 is still dripping). Messages are stored on the cloud, where they can be accessed on demand.
